6 Connection and setting up options 1. If connect ing the TV using an RF cable only , pro ceed to optio n 1. 2. If connecting the TV using Scar t and RF cables, proceed t o optio n 2. 3. If connect ing the TV to a Q -- Link (o r Q -- L ink comp atible) V CR , proceed to option 3 on page 7.
7 What is Q -- Link ? Q -- Link allows direct communicatio n between the TV and a Q -- Link (o r Q -- Link compatible) VCR, this will enable features such as downlo ading of tuning information from the TV to the VCR.
