5 Safety Precautions When using the LCD Display The Display is designed to operate on 220 - 240 V AC, 50/60 Hz. Do not cover the ventilation holes. • DoingsomaycausetheDisplaytooverheat,whichcancausereordamagetotheDisplay .

8 VESA Mounting T o mount this Display to a wall, you will have to obtain a standard wall-mounting kit (commercially available). 1. Lay a protective sheet on a table, which was wrapped around this Display when it was packaged, beneath the screen surface so as not to scratch the screen face.

19 Using Network Function This display has a network function to control the network connected display with your computer . NOTE: • T o use the network function, set each { LAN SETTING } setting and make sure to set the { SERIAL CONTROL } to { LAN }.
20 OSD Menu Setup for Network Connection T o proceed the network setting, you will have to enter the OSD menu. SERIAL CONTROL: Select { LAN } as the nectwork control port. 1. Press [ MENU ] button on this Display’s control. 2. Press [ ] or [ ] button to select the { ADV ANCED OPTION } menu.
21 Using W eb Browser Control Y ou can use a W eb browser to control this Display and set up a network and password. NOTE: • The “ Web Browser Control ” is currently supported with Windows IE6, IE7, or IE8. Before Using W eb Browser Control T o use the Web browser control, the Display and computer setups are required.
22 Access from W eb Browser Access to the T OP screen of the W eb browser control using a Web browser . 1. Start your Web browser . 2. Enter the IP address from the { IP ADDRESS } set with the { LAN SETTING } of this Display (see page 20, 29). 3. Enter the { Username } and { Password } when the Authentication screen is displayed.
