Important Information E NGLISH - 6 Precautions with regard to safety If you notice smoke, stra nge smells or noise co ming from the projector, disconnect t he power plug from the wall out let. Do not continue to use the projector in such cases, otherwise fire or electric shocks could res ult.
Precautions with regard to safety E NGLISH - 7 Important Information Do not touch t he leaked liquid fro m the batt eries. If you touch the lea ked liquid, it may hurt your skin. Immediately wash away the liquid with water and seek medical advice. If you get the leaked liquid in your eye, it may cause blindness or damage.

Getting Started Setting up E NGLISH - 17 J Removing the projection lens from the projector 1. Switch off the POWER button on the projector . 2. Rotate the lens cover co unterclockwise and remove. 3. While pressing the lens release bu tton, rotate the projection lens counterclockwise, and remove the projection lens.
Getting Started Setting up E NGLISH - 18 J Connecting 1. Make sure the shape of the power plug and th e AC IN terminal on the b ack of the projector match, then push the plug all the way in. 2. Align the side of the power co rd secure lock with the side guide rail of the AC IN terminal of the projector and slide it in.
E NGLISH - 19 Basic Operation Projecting J Switching on the projector When using an optional lens, install a projection lens before switch on the projecto r . 1. Connect the suppl ied power cord (220 - 240 V AC, 50 Hz/60 Hz) to the AC IN terminal. 2. Remove the projection lens cover from the lens.
Basic Operation Projecting E NGLISH - 20 J Switching off the projector 1. Press the POWER STANDBY button. The confirmation screen will be displayed. 2. Select OK and press the ENTER button, or p ress the POWER STANDBY button again. The projection of the image stops, and the power indicator of the projector lights up orange.
E NGLISH - 21 Basic Operation Remote control operation You can operate th e projector with the remote control within the remote range 30 m (98'5"), approximately ± 30° horizontally and ± 15° vertical ly.

If the projector is not used for a certain period of time during the meeting intermission, for example, a shutter mode is available that allows the user to hide imag es temporarily.

Slide out the ACF unit from the projector slowly . When you replace the ACF unit, clean the compartment and/or the air exhaust port if you need to.
