Introduction 5 Battery L We recommend u sing the batteries noted on page 3. USE ONL Y rech argeable Ni-MH batteries AAA (R03) size. L Do not mix old and new bat teries. L Do not open or mutilate the batteries. Released electrolyte from the batteries is corrosive and may cause burns or injury to the eyes or skin.

Preparat ion 8 Using the navigator key The handset navigator key can be used to navigate through me nus and t o select items shown on the display by pressing {^} , {V} , { < } , or { > } . T o adjust the receiver or speaker volume , press {^} to increase the volume, or press {V} to decrease the volume repeatedly while talking.
