7 CA UTION Suspend/Hibernation Functions Resuming Operation I f the secur ity indicator ( ) is displa yed, your pass w ord has been set. After the display returns, the computer needs a shor t period of time to reinitialize. This takes about 15 seconds.
8 Suspend/Hibernation Functions Sa ve all data before powe ring off y our computer . When restar ting from or shutting down to the suspend or hibernation mode, do not touch the touch pad (or mo ve the mouse (serial or PS/2 type) if one is connected).
