TR3000i / TR4000i Folding Treadmill Step 1: Handlebar Support Post Assembly A. Remove the screw ( A) and nut (E) that ar e pre -assembled on the frame from each side of the base using the 6 mm Allen wrench and 17 mm open end wr ench provided in your t ool k it.
Step 2: Handlebar Assembly A. Rotate the handlebars down so they ar e positioned on top of the handlebar posts. Secure the right and left handlebars to the support post using the 2 M8 x70L screws (B) provided in the har dware bag . Note: Make sure that the wir es on both sides are not pinched in-between the handlebars and the handlebar post.
Step 3: Assemble C onsole Components A. Attach the blue accessory trays (6) to the bottom of the console housing using 8 self tapping screws (G). B. Attach the c onsole (5) to the console housing using 6 screws (G). These screws are pre-installed on the back of the and then reinstalled with the console in place.
Step 5: A ttach the Back Cov er Plate A. Align the back console cov er (7) over the back of the console and attach using the 4 screws (H). Step 6: Lock C onsole Angle A.

TR3000i / TR4000i Folding Treadmill - Use the P rogram buttons t o select your desired Exer cise Pr ogram. Each progr am button has multiple prog rams that you can scr oll through. Each time you pr ess the program button you will mov e to the next program option.

TR3000i / TR4000i Folding Treadmill The treadmill c omes with a folding fea ture that reduc es the amount of storage space r equired when your treadmill is not in use and makes the tr eadmill easier to mov e. F olding the T readmill 1. Make sure that the On/O switch is turned O and the power c ord is remov ed from the wall .
Unfolding the T readmill 1. Make sure you ha ve adequate space to la y the treadmill down. There needs to be at least 2 feet of clearanc e on both sides and in the front of the treadmill . There should be a t least 4 feet of clearanc e on the back side of the treadmill for saf ety reasons.

TR3000i / TR4000i Folding Treadmill Belt T ensioning If the belt begins to slip during use, it will need to be t ensioned. Y our treadmill is equipped with tension bolts that are ac cessible from the back of the tr eadmill. Befor e tensioning the belt, star t the treadmill and set the speed to 3 MPH.
