Explanation of hard di sk capacity Dear user, While using your computer , you may find that the nominal hard disk capacity in dicated is somewhat different from the disk cap acity displayed by the operati ng system. For examp le, a nomin al 80GB hard disk will ap pear as less than 80GB in the operating s ystem.
In addit ion, if a porti on of the har d disk space has been used for some specific purpose, then the c a pacity indicated by the op erating system will be even l ess than X × 0.
