The screen area is glass and can be damaged by rough handling or excessive pressure. 1. Place your monitor with the screen face down on a soft flat surface.

Chapter 1. 1-5 Height Adjustment For height adjustment, user needs to fi rst press down the monitor with substan tial amount of pressure, then press the round release button before lifting the monitor to the desired height. (refer to the second image as below) Monitor Pivot - Adjust the monitor height before rotating the monito r screen.

Power off your computer and all attached devices, then unplug the com puter power cord.
Chapter 1. 1-8 4. Connect one end of the DP cable to the DP co nnector on the back of the computer , and the other end to the DP connector on the monito r . Lenovo recommends that customers who require to use the Display Port input on their monitor purchase the "Lenovo Displ ay Port to Display Port cable 0A36537".
Chapter 1. 1-9 6. Connect one end of the MHL cable to the monitor MHL port and the other end to th e mobile phone. MHL(Mobil e-High-Definition Link) is an audio/video interface for directly connecting mobile pho nes and other portable consumer electronic devices to high- definition displays.
Chapter 1. 1-10 8. Connect one end of the DP cable to the DP input on the back of another monitor, and the other end to the DP output connect or ( for daisy chain ) on the monitor .
Chapter 1. 1-11 10. Connect the speaker ’ s audio cable and audio j ack of monitor to tran sfer audio source from Display Port, or HDMI, or MHL. Note: At the PIP/PBP mode, only main source (Background Screen at PIP mode, Left Screen at PBP mode) can tran sfer the audio to the jack.

Rotating the image may req uire special rotation software or you may find th at your computer is preloaded with vid eo graphic drivers that allows image rotati on.

Do not: • Apply water or liquid directly to your monitor . • Use solvents or abrasives. • Use flammable cleaning materials to clean your monitor or any other electrical equipment.
