SERVICE WORK ON T HE CHASS IS 54 10.20 Removing the front fender B00814-10 – Remove screws . Remove the front fender. – Make sure the spacers remain in place. 10.21 Installing the f ront fender B00814-10 – Ensure that the spacers are mounted in the fender.
SERVICE WORK ON T HE CHASS IS 55 Info The heim joint for the shock absorber at the swing arm is Teflon coated. It must not be lubricated with grease or with other lubricants. Lubricants dissolve the Teflon coating, thereby drastically reducing the service life.

The throttle cable must be routed to the carburetor on the left side of the upper frame tube behind the handlebars. » If the throttle cable is not routed as specified: – Correct the throttle cable routing.

Info Make sure when pushing back the brake pistons that you do not press the brake caliper against the spokes.

ELECTRIC AL SYST EM 88 100864-10 – Position locking cap and turn it clockwise all the way using a coin. – Press any button on the speedometer. The speedometer is activated. – Position the speedometer in the holder. – Mount and tighten the screws with the washers.
COOLING SYSTEM 89 14.1 Cooling system B00834-10 (All 125/200 mode ls) Water pump in the engine circulates the coolant. The pressure resulting from the warming of the cooling system is regulated by a valve in radiator cap . This ensures that operating the vehicle at the specified coolant temperature will not result in a risk of malfunctions.
