7 Usage Precautions Installing the pla yer Install the pla yer in a location where the temperature is betw een 5 °C to 35 °C (41 °F to 95 °F). If the pla yer is e xposed to a higher temperature , it may cause it to malfunction, or cause damage . In par ticular , av oid installing it in the follo wing locations.

57 Pla ying D VD Video Discs T emporarily Cancelling P arental Lock If you have set very strict restrictions for the parental lock settings, you may find that you cannot watch discs you want to watch when you try to play them. If this occurs, a screen appears asking if you want to temporarily cancel the parental lock restriction.
