2 I. Purpose of Document This document contains a complete outline of Meridian's (MEC) and Sony’s commitment to the operation of this program. It identifies eac h of the key areas of the program, including communications, enrollment, administration, cu stomer service, fulfillment, reporting and any other essential program elements.

8 Sony Online Participants • Claims entered via the Rewarding Recording® website are subject to audit for each claim submitted (100% audit) • Participants must submit their signed claim confirmat.
