Rev. 0505 3 The V GM / V GD ser vice cases are easy to wor k, attr ac- tive merchandising displa y cases capable of maintaining superb product quality , with the installation of the proper controlling devices. These should be set according to Hussmann’ s specif ications and combined with a proper ly maintained humidity system.

Rev. 0505 5 6. Slide second case up to first case snugly . Then level second case to the first case so glass front, bumper and top are flush. 7. To compress silicone at joint, use two Jurgenson w ood clamps. Make sure case is level from front to back and side to side on inside bulkheads at joint.

Discolor ation, dehydration and spoilage can be controlled with proper use of the equipment and handling of product. Product temper ature should always be maintained at a constant and proper temperature .

Dr y completely before resuming operation. CLEANING GLASS & MIRRORS Only use a soft cloth and mild glass cleaner f or cleaning any glass or mirrored components.
