33 III. Maintenance The appliance must be maintained in accor dance with the instr uction manual and labels pro vided. Consult with y our local Hoshizaki Certied Service Represent ativ e about maintenance service. W ARNING • Only quali ed ser vice technicians should ser vice the appliance.
34 B. Cleaning and Sanitizing Instructions The icemaker m ust be cleaned and sanitiz ed at least once a y ear . Mor e fr equent cleaning and sanitizing ma y be r equir ed in some w at er conditions. W ARNING • T o pre vent injury to individuals and damage t o the icemak er , do not use ammonia type cleaners.
