J ust press for two seconds, and you will enter P anic M ode. The siren will sound and the par king lights will flash for the programmed sir en duration.

The lights will flash 2 times. 3. The r ear defogger output will no longer activate when the vehicle is r emote started.

P ress and release the and buttons at the same time. 4. The lights will flash to indicate the remote start has entered short r un turbo mode.

24 © 2005 directed electronics—all rights reserved shut down inputs This security system uses several inputs to shut do wn the remote start operation of the motor or prevent r emote start if cer tain inputs are activ e. The two most important are hood and brake inputs.
25 © 2005 directed electronics—all rights reserved The vehicle doors ar e protected by NPC differ ently . If your secu- rity system is triggered b y an open door for three full cy cles, the system will bypass the doors until the trigger ceases.
