FRONT HANDLE See Figure 2. n Remo v e the front handle, bolt, and wing nut from the Owner’s Kit. n Install the front handle onto the top side of the drive shaft housing and mov e it to a comf or table position.

P age 12 FUELING AND REFUELING THE TRIMMER FUEL MIXTURE Thi s produ ct is pow ere d by a 2-c ycle eng ine and requ ire s pre - mixing gasoline and 2-cycle oil. Pre-mix unleaded gasoline and 2-cycle engine oil in a clean 1 gallon container approv ed f or gasoline.
P age 13 ADV ANCING THE STRING String advance is control led by tapping string head on gra ss while running engine at full throttle. 1. Run engine at full throttle. 2. T ap string head on ground to advance str ing. String ad- v ances each time the head is tapped.
P age 14 EDGER GUIDE OPERA TION - TRIM ‘N EDGE ONL Y See Figures 10 -11. n Loosen the wing nut and slide the edger guide to adjust it to the desired tr imming length then retighten the wing nut securely . Ref er to “Edger Guide Assembly” earlier in this manual f or additional inf or mation.
