C (May 2012) -8- LEVELING THE FRYER Check the level of the fryer by placing a level on top of the fr yer after electrical connections have been made. Ensure that the fryer is level front-to-back and side-to-side in the final installed position.

C (May 2012) -22- FILTERING TIP: Open the filtering drawer approximately 1” to allow any oil in the re turn line to run back into the filter pan. This will take about 30 seconds to complete. Then open the drawer completely to clean filter components.
