In order f or the materials to mix at the desired ratio , both materials must ent er the static mix er at the same time .

Press t he Dispense Request b utton ( ) or the f oots witch to dispense material. 10. Setup 334135B 31 Adjust Dispense V alve Snuff Bac k At the end of a shot, a small amount of material is draw n back into the static m ix er to prev ent extra material fr om being dispensed. If too much snuff bac k occurs, air will enter the stat ic mix er and can tr a v el up into the di spense v alve .
Setup 32 334135B Adjust Open Dispense V alve (OD V) Timing When a shot is perf or med, the dispen se v alv e needs to open at a precise time f or material t o be dispen sed properly . If the di spense v alv e opens too early , material ma y drain from t he static mix er bef ore the shot star ts.
Operation 334135B 33 Operation Star tup 1. Locate the po wer s witch at rear of machine and turn the power on. The displa y module will automatically turn on and begin to load.
