Setup 6 332574D Setup 1. Engage tr igger lock. 2. I nstall cutter : a. If necessar y , use a crescent w rench to adjust piv ot (541) so that it is par allel to gun front en d and the o pen end point s to the fr ont of the gun. See F IG . 3. b . Bac k out scre ws (630).
Operation 332574D 7 Operation Cutter Assembl y RS guns with a cutter installed have two modes of ope r- ation. When the trigger is pu lled halfw a y , mater ial spra ys but the cutter is not activated. When the tr igger is pulle d all the wa y , the air motor in the cutter is star ted and glass begins dispensing.
Operation 8 332574D Adjust Cutter Speed When dispensing a material and glass mixture, the speed at which the cutter spins can be adjusted to ensure the correct r atio of glass to dispense d material. NO TE: It ma y be possible to pre vent pr emature an vil and b lade wear b y slo wing the cutter speed and ad ding an additional st rand of ro ving.

Repair 332574D 17 Air Motor Replacement 1. V er ify o-rin g (603) is installe d between the ba ck plate (601) and the air motor (602). 2. With the air mot or and back plate oriented as shown below , use f our screws (604) to secure them together .
