Setup 312497G 3 Setup The divider v alv e is shipped ready t o install in your sys- tem. It has been f actory-tested and should not re quire any additi onal modification. T o install the divider v alv e in y our system: 1. Determine an appropriate, remote mo unting loca- tion.

Repair 312497G 13 Locating and Repairing Bloc kages Bloc ks will cause a higher than nor mal pumping pres- sure. Dep ending on the application or system design, this bloc kage will usually resu lt in a complete loss of lubricant flow into the total system and no be aring will be receiving lubrication.
Repair 14 312497G 4a. Master Divider V alve Equipped With P erformance Indicator With manual pu mp connected to the mast er divider v alve as outlined in Locating Bloc kages , Step 3, raise pre ssure to 20 00 psi. The in dicators in the indicator por ts will signal the location of the bloc k- age.
