Cooking by Time The time cooking feature allows you to preset the cooking time. The oven shuts off automatically. Power level 10 (HIGH) is recommended for most cooking, but you may change this for more flexibility. See your cookbook. To become better acquainted with time cooking, make a cup of coffee by following the steps below.
Cooking by Temperature Internal temperature is the best test of doneness for many foods. “TEMP COOK/HOLD” takes the guesswork out of cooking because the oven automatically switches to “Hold” setting after reaching the preset food temperature and maintains that temperature for up to one hour or until you touch the CLEAR/OFF pad.
Automatic Roasting AUTO ROAST uses the temperature probe to cook to the desired serving temperature. Unlike TEMP COOK/HOLI), which uses a single power level, AUTO ROAST uses up to 3 power settings which automatically switch during roasting, thus providing even, tender cooking results without overcooking.
