Auto Roast Auto Roast uses the temperature probe to cook to the desired serving temperature. Unlike Temp Cook/Hold, which uses a single power level, Auto Roast uses up to 3 power settings which automatically switch during roasting, thus providing even, tender cooking results without overcooking.
Automatic Simmer (Auto Roast Code 4) Your cookbook has information on Automatic Simmering, including guides and recipes. Total time includes time to bring food to 180°F. and hold at that temperature until done. Set Auto Simmer like Auto Roast as explained on page 12.
