If you use the energy saving functions, the notebook uses less energy . Y ou will then be able to work for longer before having to recharge the battery .

For technical reasons, TFT monitors are manufactured for a speci fi c resolution. An optimal, clear picture can only be ensured with the correct resolution intended for the relevant TFT monitor .
Working with the noteboo k Web c a m Webcam Depending on the software used, you can use your Webcam to take pictures, record video clips or take part in web chats. The WebCam has its own status indicator. The indicator lights up when the WebCam is sw itched on.

Y ou can charge the battery b y connecting the noteboo k to the mains adapter (see " Mains a dapter connect ing", Pag e 16 ).

The indicator lights up when the drive is being accessed. Y ou may only remove the data carrier when the indicator is unlit.
