The oil to be filtered is at or near 350°F (177°C). Ensure all hoses are connected properly and drain handles are in their proper position prior to operating any switches or valves.

After all the oil is pumped back into the frypot, bubbles will form, indicating air in the oil return lines. After filtering frypot #3 (f arthest from the f ilter) for 5 minutes, close the oil return valve to stop the filtering process.
