7 ABOUT CHILDREN AND THE MICROWAVE Children below the age of 7 should use the microwave o ven with a supervising person very near to them. Between the ages of 7 and 12, the supervising person should be in the same room. As with any appliance, close supervision by an adult is necessary when used by children.

The 7-digit Interactive Displa y spells out operating steps and shows cooking hints. When HELP is lighted in the display , press the user pref pad to read a speci fi c hint which may assist you.

11 MANUAL COOKING • Suppos e you wa nt to defrost for 5 minutes at 30%. Step Pres s 1 . Enter defrosting time. 0 0 5 2. Press the power level pad eight times to enter a power level of 30% .
12 SENSOR COOKING Sensor cook ing has an electronic controlled sensor that detec ts the vapor ( moist ure and hum idity ) emit ted from the food as it heats. The s ensor adjusts the c ooking times and power level for various foods and quantities automatically .
13 SENSOR COOKING Sensor Cook chart FOOD AMOUNT PROCEDURE Use this pad for frozen, conv enience foods. It will give satisfactory results f or most brands. Y ou may wish to try several and choose your f avorite. R emove package from outer wrapping and f ollow package directions for covering.
14 SENSOR COOKING NOTES 1. The popcorn pad can only be accepted within 3 minutes after cooking, opening and closing the door or pressing the STOP clear pad to prevent from misusing. 2. Cooking can be also started by pressing the START enter +30 sec pad within 2 seconds after pressing the popcorn pad.
