9 Oper ating the appliance 3 Only use a wok pan that is suited to this appliance. Switching the appliance on and off 3 After switching on, within appr ox. 1 0 seconds a heat setting or a func- tion must be set, otherwise the appl iance automatically switches itself off.

13 Tips for cooking with the wok The induction wok is eminently suit able for pr eparing “á la minute” dishes, in particular Chinese specialities. The food is continuously turned during the short frying ti me. The induction heating system means that in the wok you can cook extremely quickly and at high heat.
