English 2. CABLE CONNECTION 17 The Priority Input Signal This function is used to select which PC will have priority to control the monitor when utilizing two PCs. The monitor constant ly checks the input signals and switches automatically in accordance with the “Input Priority” setting (see table below).

English 3. ScreenManager 21 Color Adjustment of the Mode Settings <Brightness>, <T emperature> and <Gamma> settings can be adjusted on the FineContrast Menu. Select the desired function icon w ith the Up/Down control buttons and adjust with the Left/ Right buttons.

English 24 4. ADJUSTMENT 4. ADJUSTMENT 4-1. Screen A djustment NO TE • Allow the LCD monitor to stabiliz e for at least 20 minutes bef ore making image adjustments.
English 4. ADJUSTMENT 25 NO TE • If the user’ s operating syst em has no utility disk (e.g. OS/2), we recommend setting the desktop pattern to that as shown in the dia gram on the f ollowing. 3. Adjust by using <Screen> menu in the ScreenManager .
English 26 4. ADJUSTMENT (3) The screen position is not incorrect. ĺ Use the <Position> adjustme nt. The correct displayed position of the monitor is decided because the number and the position of the pixels are fixed. The <Positio n> adjustment moves the image to the correct positio n .
English 4. Adjust the output signal range (Dynamic Range) of the signal. ĺ Use the <Range Adjustment> (p.45) of <Screen> menu. This controls the level of output signal range to display the whole color gradation (256 colors).

English 4. ADJUSTMENT 29 3. Set the brightness of the black area surrounding the displayed image. ĺ Set the <Border Intensity>. In the <Enlarge> mode or <Full Screen> mode, the outer area (border) is usually black. Select <Border Intensity> in the <Others> menu and adjust by using the right and left buttons.
English 30 4. ADJUSTMENT 4-3. Color Adjustment Color settings of each FineCon trast mode can be adjusted and saved by using the <Color> menu of the Scree nManager . In the analog input, perform the “Range Adjustment” (p.27) before making the color adjustments.

Adjusting the phase after the clock adjustment will produce a clear screen. Range Adjustment The Range Adjustment controls the level of output signal ran ge to display the whole color gradation.
