5 Using TalkMaster TalkMas ter Overview TalkMaster ™ is a soft ware program designed to work with Aiphone ’s IP-series Intercom s. TalkMaster has two m ain functions. First, T alkMaster m ust be used to co nfigure the I P address inf ormation and re lated feat ures for your IP interc oms.
Using TalkMaster 6 TalkMaster can listen f or incom ing calls in one of three "modes": Call Announ cement w ith audible and v isual ale rts In this m ode, pressing the Intercom button notif ies the T alkMaster opera tor b y an audible and/or visua l alert.

39 Configuring Intercoms Configure Interc oms W hen Intercoms are shipped fr om Aiphone, the y do not ha ve IP addres s inform ation configured. To conf igure them , you mus t connect them to your network , install T alkMaster™ and select t he menu Adm in Config ure Intercom s.
