49 SER VICE Compressor Rotation — T o determine whether or not the compressor is rotating in the pro per direction: 1. Conn ect service gages to suction and disch arge pressure fittings. 2. Ener gize the compressor . The suction pressure should drop and the dischar ge pres- sure should rise, as is normal on any start-up.

51 Evaporator Fan P erformance Adjustment — T o change fan speeds from factory settings: 1. Shut off unit power suppl y . 2. Loosen nuts on the 4 carriage bolts in the mounting base. Using adjusting bolts and plate, slide the motor and remove the belt .
