NOTE Before you shor ten Tray #1, take the paper out of the tra y. Then shorten the tray by pressi ng the universal gui de release but ton (1).

You can use the follow ing sizes of paper for printing copies: A 4, A5, A3, 10 15 cm, Letter, Legal and Ledger and fi v e sizes for printing faxes : A4, A3, Ledger, Letter and Legal.

This rep ort lists the s ender ’s name or fax nu mber, the ti m e and date of the transmis sion, dur at ion o f the transmission, number of pages sent, an d whether or not the trans mission was successf ul.

Using PC -FAX 63 6 NOTE • PC-FAX Rec eive is not suppor ted by Mac OS . • Befor e you can set up PC-FAX Receive , you must inst all the MFL-Pro Suite software on your PC. Mak e sure your PC is connected a nd turned on. (See Soft ware and Network User’s Guide.

Dialling a nd storing n umbers 75 8 Storing numb ers 8 You can set up your machine to do the followin g types of easy dialli ng: Addres s Boo k and Groups for broadcas ting f axes. When you dial an Addres s Book number, the Touchscreen s hows the number.
