9 A UTO MATIC CONTROL The autom atic control can b e use d to contr ol e ither oven but you can o nly use the contr ol f or both o vens at the sam e tim e if the c ooking tim e is the sam e. W hen you use the a utom atic contr ols f or the f irst tim e it’s proba bly best to ch oose a tim e when you ar e at home.
10 SELECTING THE HOB USES OF THE HOB The gas hob has t hree d iffer ent burner sizes to su it diff erent types of cook ing: To ens ure m aximum burner eff icienc y onl y use pots and pans with f lat bases appro priat e to the bur ner size used. Larger bur ner (Ra pid) - use a lar ge p an for f ood such as ch ips.
11 HINTS AND TIPS · Keep flam es under the bas e of pans . If the flames lick round the s ides of the pan you are wasting gas . · Do not overfil l pans or the y will bo il o ver. · Do not use pans with v ery hea v y handles which cause the pan to tip.

I t g ives espec iall y good res ults if used to c ook fr uit cak es, sweet or savo ury fla ns or qu iche.

R egularl y wipe over the contr ol pan el, o ven doors and app lianc e sides using a soft cloth an d hot s oap y water.

If If the door glass pa nel becomes chipped or has deep scratches the gla ss will be weakened and must b e repl aced to p reven t the possibility of the panel shattering.
