7 End of cooking function Thanks to this function, you can set the oven to switch off automatically when a programmed end of cooking time is over. Place food in the oven, select a cooking function and adjust the cooking temperature. Press button repeatedly to select the End of cooking function.
8 Using the Oven Always cook with the oven door closed. S tand clear when opening the oven door . The oven has four shelf levels, counted from the bottom, as shown in the diagram. Y our oven is supplied with two anti-tip shelves. It is important that these shelves are correctly positioned as shown in the diagram.
9 Condensation and steam When food is heated it produces steam in the same way as a boiling kettle. The oven vents allow some of this steam to escape. However , always stand back from the oven when opening the oven door to allow any build up of steam or heat to release.
10 Using the Conventional Oven When using this setting, heat comes from both the top and bottom elements. This allows you to cook on a single level and is particularly suitable for dishes which require extra base browning such as pizzas, quiches and flans.
