CAUTION : • Make sure the air filter is properly seated in the air filter case. • The engine should never be run without the air filter installed. Excessive piston and/or cylinder wear may result. • Dirty Element Air Cleaner causes excessive fuel consumption and loss of power .

Inspect the drive chain when the Motorcycle is on the centerstand. Check the slack at the position shown in the illustration. Normal slack is approximately 20 ~ 30 mm.

After removing the screws, hold the end of the cable up in the air and put in several drops of lubricant.
