6 CLP-880/860/840/820/820S The Control Panel 1 [PO WER] Switch Press the [PO WER] switch once to turn the po wer ON, a second time to turn the power OFF . When the po wer is initially turned ON, a voice selector LED will light, and the po wer indicator located belo w the left end of the keyboard will light (except for CLP-820S).
7 CLP-880/860/840/820/820S The Control Panel 5 [TRANSPOSE] Button The [TRANSPOSE] b utton allows access to the Cla vinova’ s TRANSPOSE function (to shift the pitch of the entire ke yboard up or down in semitone intervals).

X Slide the cover open. • Hold the cover with both hands when moving it, and do not release it until it is fully opened or closed. Be careful to avoid catching fingers (yours or others) between the cover and main unit.
