1 Pre-Deli very Service of Mowe r by D eale r If you are not com pletely familiar with the Safety Instruction Manual read i t now before proceeding w ith the Pre-Deliver y Service of the mow er. Onl y your authorized W right dealer should perform the Pre-Delivery Ser vice of the mower .
2 • Before testing the blade clutch/bra ke operation, make sure the area is cl ear and there is nothing vulnerable to possible throw n obj ects from under the mower. No one should be nea r the mower deck or in its line of discharge at this or at any time.

9 engine speed to about half of the w ay from idle speed. Release the parki ng brake. The higher engine speed will mak e the controls much mo re responsive and the mower much quicker; Use caution if it is your first time. Now try moving the hand control levers, one at a time, very slightly, forward and backward.

Changing the Spe ed/Sensitivity Adjustment The controls are initially set with the Speed/ Sensitivity Adjustment in the faster, more sensitive position. If an operator is not completely familiar with the mower operation the operator may desire to decrease the ground speed.

13 ON OFF Spindle and Drive Pulley Split hub R&R • Remove 2, ¼ ” bolts from split hub and inst all in t hreaded holes in hub. • Slowly tighten each bolt, alternating as y o u tighten b olts against the pul ley. • The hub will separate f rom the pul ley.
