Using the two #8- 18 x ¹ ₂ in. screws, fasten the retaining bracke ts to the coun tertop with t he mount i n g screws. If bra ckets canno t be attached to the under side of count ertop, attach mounting clips t o brackets.
8 T r imles s pan el wit h ha ndle Dimensions Use these dimension drawin gs to cre ate a custom p anel for use without a trim kit. The pane l should be ¹⁄₂ in. t o ⁵⁄ ₈ in. (13 mm to 16 mm ) thick. NOTE: A thicker pan el may need rounde d front corners and a cut- out for access t o the handle.
9 COMPACTOR USE How Y our Compac t or W orks The co mpacting ram is the part of the comp actor which comp resses the t rash. The com pacting r am does not go to the bottom o f t h e drawer . Y ou will not see compacting of tras h the first fe w times you l o ad the comp actor .
