Operation Modes Operation Modes PIN Code: Keep the 4-digit PIN code inf ormation supplied with the Headset in a safe place . It is unique to your Headset. It will be needed for pairing. The Headset supports these modes of oper ation: • OFF—the H eadset is off and cann ot receive or m ake a conn ection.

Operation (continued) Preparing the Headset f or Use—P airing PIN Code: The PIN code for the Headset is preset to 1234. It will be needed f or pairing. Befor e the Headset can comm unicate , it must be paired to th e companion devi ce it will be used with, such as a m obile phone .

Operation (continued) Initiating a Call • When in ST ANDBY m ode , a short press will initiate a conn ection to th e companion d evice . • For ex ample, this could be used to initi ate a call with a mobile ph one . • During a call, wh en in T ALK mode , the microph one m ay be muted an d un-muted by a medium pr ess of the m ain button.
Operation (continued) Battery Status The LED will flash in T ALK, muted , and ST ANDB Y mode . When the battery has ad equate charg e , this will be with a green color , changin g to red wh en the battery is low . Charging The H eadset is supplied with a charg er to rechar ge th e intern al battery .
