C-1 Gas Instructions Install Gas Supply General Specifications for Piping Note - Contact y our local municipality f or building codes regulating outdoor gas barbecue installations. In absence of Local Codes, y ou must confirm to the latest edition of ANSI Z223.
C-2 Gas Instructions Remove contr ol panel and burner contr ol knobs Y ou will need: Phillips screwdriv er . 1) Remov e control knobs. 2) Unhook side b ur ner from Cookbox F rame . 3) Remov e scre ws with a Phillips screwdriver 4) Pull up igniter b utton until it sticks in the up position and remo ve control panel from grill.
C-3 Gas Instructions Chec k for gas leaks D ANGER Do not use an open flame to chec k for gas leaks. Be sure there are no sparks or open flames in the area while y ou check f or leaks. Sparks or open flames will result in a fire or explosion which can cause serious bodily injury or death and damage to pr oper ty .

D-5 Pr oblem Chec k Cure Side Burner does not light. Flame is low in HIGH position. Flame is very yellow in conjunction with the smell of gas, OR Burner makes popping noise in conjunction with the smell of gas. Push button ignition does not work. Is gas supply off? T ur n supply on.

E-2 Maintenance Replacing Main Burner s 1) Y our Weber ® gas barbecue m ust be OFF and cool. 2) T ur n gas OFF at source. 3) T o remov e control panel: take off the b ur ner control knobs. Remov e the screws holding the control panel in place. Lift off the control panel.
