A SSEMBLY OM 0352SB-A 11 8. Figure 3: Install the pedal stopper (item 1), the bent portion facing the snowblower and secure in place with two 1/4"NC x 5/8" hex. bolts (item 2) and two 1/4"NC serrated flange nuts (item 3). Tighten firmly.

OPERATION OM 0352SB-A 16 WARNING : Before opera ting the snowblower, become familiar with the location and function of all operator controls. Knowing the location, function, and operation of these controls is important for safe and efficient operation of the snowblower.
OPERATION OM 0352SB-A 17 CA UTION : I f the auger strikes a solid object or the machi ne begins to vibrate abnormally, immediately disengage the PTO clutch, stop t he engine and wait for all moving parts to stop. Disconnect the f uel solenoid wire (diesel engines) or the park plug w ire(s) (gasoline engines) to prevent accidental starting.
OPERATION OM 0352SB-A 18 A DJUSTMENTS A TTENTION : To avoid personal injury, be sure the tractor engine is off, the drive shaft disengaged, and all mov ement has stopped before making any adjustments. Defl ector Adj ustment Set the angle of def lection according to the distance the snow must be thrown.
OPERATION OM 0352SB-A 19 S NOW REMOVA L METHODS W hen removing snow, do not use t he snowblower as a dozer blade to push snow. Let the snow blower work its way throug h de ep dr ifts. If the speed of your tracto r is too fast, the snowblower may become overloaded and clog.
MAIN TEN A NCE OM 0352SB-A 20 Shearbol t R ep lacement 1. To replace t he shearbolt, take off t he gearbox shield by removing the two 5/16"NC x 1/2" flange bolts. The hole in the plate helps remove the shearbolt if fragments remain in the hole.
