2 IN T RODUC TION Thank you f or purchasing the VT ech ® 3-in-1 Smart Wheels ™ learning toy . The 3-in-1 Smar t Wheels ™ grows along with baby . Use the activity panel on its own when baby is sti ll stationary . As bab y gains confide nce in his/her sitting and standing abilities, convert the unit to the rocker mode.

4 • Do not mix old and new batteries. • Do not mix batteries of different types: alkaline, standard (carbon- zinc) or rechargeable (nic kel-cadmium). • Remov e the batteries from the equipment when the unit will not be used for an e xtended per iod of time.
5 Instructions & Activities 3. Inser t the four wheels into the two legs. Once the wheels hav e been inserted, they cannot be remov ed again. 4. Insert the legs into the hole s on both sides of the main body . Tig hten the screws to secure the legs into the main body .
6 Changing Rocker/Ride-on P osition T o change the position from ride-on to rocker and rocker to ride-on, please follo w these steps. 1. T ur n the main unit on its side . Unscre w the large screw located in the center of the leg. 2. T ur n the leg 180°, then secure the screw .
7 2. A UTOMA TIC SHUT -OFF T o preser ve battery life , the V Tech ® 3-in-1 Smar t Wheels ™ activity panel will automatically power-do wn after appro ximately 30 seconds without input.
8 AC TIVITIE S 1 . T u r n t h e on/off sw i tc h to tur n the unit on, then slide the mode selector switch to choose a mode of play . Y ou will hear a song and phrase. 2. Place the activity panel onto the floor to activate the stand-alone mode. In the learning mode , you will lear n about colors, shapes and fun driving sounds.

In the learning mode of the ride-on mode, press the arro w buttons after the number buttons have been pressed to scroll up and down through numbers 0-9, or mo ve the gear shifter up or down to scroll up and down through letters A-Z. 5. In the music mode , press the arro w k eys to increase or decrease the volume of the melodies.
