22 ELEGANT CONSOLE HR SP EED : Program adjusts speed to bring to your target heart rate. HR % SP EED : Program adjusts speed to bring to your desired % maximum heart rate. The first step in knowing the right intensity for your training is to find out your maximum heart rate (max H R = 220 – your age).
