Insert the included batteries. Ensure that the polarities correct ly match the an d markings inside the battery compartment.

Whether you are installing the DVie w temporarily or perm anently, you should ta ke the follo wing into account to ensure that it performs optimally.

Connec t the MONITOR OUT audio and video jacks to the audio and video inputs of the VCR or other equipment as shown in Figure 3-5 .
