3 • Should the appliance go out for an y reason, turn of f all control knobs and the cylinder gas valv e. W ait 5 minutes before at tempting to relight the appliance. • If a grease or fat fire should occur , immediately turn of f all control knobs and the gas cylinder valv e until the fire is out.

5 Fit T he Heat R eflectors The reflectors fit between eac h burner . The y reflect heat from the burners, upwards to the cooking surfaces. The tabbed ends of the heat reflectors face for ward to the front of the barbecue frame. The tabs fit into the slots in the front end of the barbecue behind the control panel.
6 Fit Cooking Plates And Grates W e recommend fit ting the plate to the lef t-hand side of the barbecue frame (with the drain hole to the extreme lef t). The grates can be fit ted to the right hand side of the barbecue frame. The grates must al ways b e positioned over the V aporizers.
7 A ssembly Of R otisserie A ssemble T he Main Shaf t Assemble the shaf t in the order sho wn. The knurled nut, counterbalance and handle go on the threaded end. Slide the collar down towards the handle end. Slide the prongs onto the shaft so they face each other.
8 Fit the to wel rac k First, unscrew and remo ve the plastic end caps from the tow el rac k. Then, using 2 flathead screws, w ashers and nuts, at tac h the tow el rac k to the side panel. Y ou may need to slide the tow el rails out of the wa y to access the screw holes.
