2 SENDING A F AX 10 Basic Procedure Basic Procedure The basic procedure for sending a fax (Network Fax / Internet Fax) is as follows. Y ou can use standard functions or set optional functions as well as the basic ones described in th is section. F or these operations, see the followi ng section.

2 SENDING A F AX 14 Specifying Recipients Specifying Recipient s Up to 400 recipients can be specified in a single opera tion. For equipment with no hard disk installed, up to 80 recipients can be specified in a single operation . T o send a Network Fax, specify th e fax number .
2.SENDI NG A F AX Specifying Recipients 15 2 SENDING A F AX y When you enter a fax number , you can al so enter a sub address and a password. Click [SUB/PWD] to enter them (within 20 digits each) in the dialog box.

2 SENDING A F AX 20 Specifying Recipients 5 Display the [Det ail Setting] tab, set the search condition, and then click [Add]. Field Select — Select an item to be searched. Condition of search string — Select a condi tion in the left-hand box, an d then enter a search string in the right- hand box.

2 SENDING A F AX 22 Specifying Recipients 8 Click [OK]. The AddressBook Viewer is closed and the recipients selected for “T o” are displayed on th e list. When the fax transmission is comple ted, the recipients ar e automatically removed from the “T o” list.

Ask the administrator for details on the se ttings configured for your TOSHIBA MFP .
