In this case , you must mak e below settings befor e y ou start the automatic channel set-up (page 10).
Connections and Setup 10 EN T uning in TV channels The first time you use the D VD/VCR, you will see the A CMS (Automatic Channel Memor y System) displa yed on the scr een. This system automatically tunes and stores TV channels. If you want to return to A CMS after your initial set-up , access it via the menu ( A CMS ).

12 Basic pla yback oper ations EN VCR Description of the VCR main menu 1. T urn on y our television and your D VD/VCR. Select the A V channel on your television, press the VCR button and then press to access the main menu.

14 Recor ding EN VCR Recording options Recording fr om an A V socket If you wish to r ecord fr om the A V2 socket located on the back panel of the D VD/VCR or from the A V3 sockets located on the fr ont panel, pr ess the AV button to select the appr opriate audio/video mode (A V2 or A V3).
Recor ding 15 EN VCR Pr ogramming a r ecording Pr ogramming a recor ding can be done up to one month in advance with up to seven r ecordings being pre-pr ogrammed. Ensure the tele vision channels ha ve been tuned and stor ed corr ectly and that the clock is set to the corr ect time.

25 Info menu EN DV D Using the Info men u Y ou can displa y information about the disc during pla yback using the Info menu. It will also allow y ou to access certain functions. To displa y the menu, press PLA Y to star t pla yback and then press the INFO button (y ellow) on the r emote contr ol.
