1 TANDBERG 15 0 9 1.2 Unpacking and Mounting Unpacking the s ystem The s y stem lies fully assem bled in the box. Rem ove the accessories box and care fully lift the system out of the box. To pr otect the cam era lens while instal ling, it is recomm ended to k eep the camera lens cap on.

1 TANDBERG 15 0 11 1.4 System Configuration Before you beg in it is reco mmended to co nfigure your s y stem . Navigate throu gh the settings using the arro w keys and OK. Rem em ber to press the Sa ve button on the b ottom of each menu to save your changes .
12 2 General Use Wake up the system W hen all cables are connec ted as descr ibed in chapte r 1.3 Connectin g Cables, th e system is ready for use. The Welcom e Screen W hen the system is powered, you will see the welcome scr een. Your dial in number is displayed in the upper right corner.
2 General Use 13 2.1 The Keypad 1. Number keys Use Num ber ke y s to dial vi deo number s. Use the star k e y to get the dot sign when dial ing an IP number . W hen you are in an input field where letters are re quired, the s ystem automatically goes to letter m ode.

2 General Use 15 2.2 On Screen Indicators The system has a number of icon s signaling dif feren t settings: Microph one Off This indicator is sho wn whe n the m icrophone is turned off. Press the Mic off button again to turn the mic rophone back on. Privacy This indicator is sho wn whe n the Privac y key on the k eypad is acti vated.

Press the green k ey on the k e y pad (or an y of the other pos sibilities m entioned in chapter Mak e a Call) to open the Ca ll m enu. 2. Dial a video num ber with the num ber k eys (use a star as separator in IP addresses ).
2 General Use 19 2.4.3 Call Settings The field on the r ight in the call menu displ ays Call Sett ings. Call Settings gives you the opportunity to sp ecif y Call Type and Bandwidth. How to use Call Settings: 1. Press the green k ey on the k e y pad (or an y of the other pos sibilities m entioned in chapter Mak e a Call) to open the Ca ll m enu.

To accept an incom ing call, press the green k ey or pre ss OK when the Accept button on screen is select ed. 2. To rejec t and incoming call, pres s the red k ey or press O K when the Reject button on screen is selec ted.
2 General Use 21 2.6 End Call How to end a call: 1. Press the red k ey on the k eypad. A dialog box appears on the screen. 2. Press the red k ey on the re m ote control again or OK to confirm that you want to end the call. Press Cance l to co ntinue the call.
TANDBERG 150 User Man ual 22 2.7 Phone Book The local Phone Book s tores up to 200 contacts . Using the Phone Book is time saving and mak es sure you do not inadvertent ly call the wrong num ber.
2 General Use 23 2.7.1 Global Phone Book If your system is connected to an external m anagemen t system like the TANDB ERG Management S uite (TMS), i t is possible to us e a centra l contact list f rom the m anagement system . These contacts ca n not be chang ed locall y by the s y stem , only from the managem ent system .
TANDBERG 150 User Man ual 24 2.7.3 Edit To edit a contact, highlight the cont act and press arrow left. Press arrow k ey down to select the Edit button. In the edit wind ow you can edi t Name, Cal l Type, Num ber and Band width. Press OK to save . 2.7.
