10 Chapt er 2: Hard ware Setu p 2 Log in to Sy nology D iskStatio n M anager. 3 Check Total Ph y sical M e mory in Main Menu > Sy stem Information . If your D iskStat ion doesn ’t rec ognize the memory or do esn’t start up corre ctly, conf irm that the memory is installed c orrectly .

Afte r DSM is install ed, you ca n manage all featur es of your D iskStation by log gi ng in to the D iskStation M anager with a w eb browser.
