LIFTS AND JACKS When using a lift or jack to rai se a vehicle, always foll ow instruct ions concerni ng jack-u p points and weight limits t o prevent the vehi cle from f alling, which c ould result in inju ry. NT-4 NOTE Note 8. TIE-DOWN S Tie downs are used when transpor ting vehicles and when usi ng the chassis dynamo. Attach tie downs only to the spe cified points on the vehi cle.
