Using Y our Notebook Computer 9 Connecting a Power Source Y ou can use either AC power or a r echargeable battery pack as a power source. Using Y our Notebook Computer 27 Using the DVD-ROM / CD-ROM Dri ve Y our computer comes with a DVD-ROM drive (models PCG-F270/ PCG-F280/PCG-F290) or CD-ROM drive (model PCG-F250). If your computer is equipped with a DVD-ROM drive , you can play both DVD-ROMs and CD-ROMs.

T o pl ay DVD-ROMs T o achieve optimum performance when playing DVD-ROMs, you should use the following recommendations: Y our computer should not be connected to the port r eplicator while playing DVD movies or using DVD applications.
