12 Guide to the Re mote Co ntrol LCD Sc reen The suppli ed remote ha s an LCD (Liqu id Crystal Di splay) screen and scroll key for controlling the pl aye r without using the C o ntrol Me nu Displ ay. By pushi ng the scro ll key up or down, yo u can call up various di splays and functio ns such as “ TIME/TEXT ” and “ SUBTITLE.

40 Using the D VD’ s Menu A DVD is divided into long sections o f a picture or a mu sic feature calle d “ titles. ” When you pl ay a D VD which contain s several titles, y ou can select the titl e you want using t he TOP ME NU bu tton.
