IT MUST BE KEPT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND IN AN ACCESSIBLE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE WORKING LIFE OF THE OVEN. WE URGE YOU TO READ THIS MANUAL AND ALL THE INFORMATI ON IT CONTAINS CAR EFULLY BEFORE USING THE OVEN.

21 Instructions f or the installer 2. O VEN INST ALLA TION 2.1 P ositioni ng The ov en must be installed on a free-standing hor izontal work top. The distance from the rear wall must allow easy access to the ter minal board f or connection of the power supply cable .
22 Instructions f or the installer 2.2.1 Safety thermostat The ov en is equipped with a saf ety device that tak es action in case of serious malfun ction.
23 Instructions f or the User 3. DESCRIPTION OF CONTR OLS START BUTTON This button lets y ou star t cooking operations or perfo r m a rapid cooling cycle w hen they are finished. In the steam model it star ts the humidification cycle. STOP BUTTON This button lets y ou stop cooking at any time .
24 Instructions f or the User 4. USING THE O VEN 4.1 W arnings and general ad vice When using the oven f or the first time, heat it up to its maximum temperature for a duration long enough to burn off any oily residues from the manuf actur ing process.
25 Instructions f or the User 4.4 Running a program F rom the “ OFF ” status p roceed as follows: • T ur n the knob to the or symbols to select one of the availab le programs from P01 to P38 . The display will show the par ameters of the selected program in rotation.
26 Instructions f or the User 4.5 Manua l cooking The man ual prog ram i s “ P40 ” and can be edited by the user , but does not sav e the cooking parameters set in memor y . T o select this program proceed as follows: • Sa ve the program temporarily , as de scribed in chapter 4.
27 Instructions f or the User 4.6 Preheating with dela yed start The program with dela yed pre-heating is set as follo ws: • T ur n the knob to the or symbols to select the program “ P39 ”. • Press the “ PUSH ” button f or at least 3 seconds; the display shows the current hour flashing.
28 Instructions f or the User 4.7 Rapid cooling The ov en is equipped with a special function that allows the oven interior to be cooled rapid ly . T o activ ate it, when th e displa y shows th e te xt “ OFF ”, open the door and press the “ ST ART ” bu tton f or at leasts 4 seco nds .
29 Instructions f or the User 5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Impor tant : do not aim jets of water directly against the oven; a void the use of pressure jets.
30 Instructions f or the User 5.2 Cleaning t he o ven interior To keep the oven in good condition it should b e cleaned regularly at th e end of the day. Let it cool first. Take out all remo vable parts. • Clean the oven rac ks and side runne rs with hot water and non- abrasive detergent.
